Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or concerning your orders.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. Credit Card information transmitted via phone or fax is destroyed immediately upon completion of transaction.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Shipping Costs

All Heidenau products will ship out at a flat rate of $10 per item to the continental USA. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be at a flat rate of $20 per item. Expedited shipping costs will be calculated on our website. All orders will be shipped with FedEx or USPS depending on the item. Orders will ship Monday to Friday within 12 hours or receipt. If an order is to be canceled, it should be within this 12 hour period.

Credit and Returns Policy

All returns must be in NEW CONDITION and UNMOUNTED. We have to be able to resell the item “as new” in order to issue a credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Do not return items without notifying us first via confirmed phone or email. Items arriving here without return authorization will be refused and returned at customer’s expense.

All returned merchandise must be in new condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unless we’ve personally spoken to you and have made alternate arrangements, you will receive a refund less 20% of your sale price upon receipt and inspection of the item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and any difference in item price. We will process returns as soon as possible.

All Heidenau brand Replacement Motorcycle/Scooter/Utility vehicle tires with a complete D.O.T. Identification number and branded HEIDENAU, which has been supplied by Moto Amore/Heidenau Tires, either directly or through an authorized Heidenau Dealer, and which are mounted on approved motorcycles within the U.S.A.

What is the Policy and for How Long?

Heidenau tires are covered for the life of the tire. Street tire life is defined by the tread area of the tire having a tread depth greater than the Tread Wear Indicators. Off-road and Motocross tires,(knobbie) life is defined by the tread area of the tire having a remaining tread depth of at least 20% of the original new tread depth. This policy is extended to the first retail purchaser (Customer), of the tire in the USA.

 Ride related claims must be submitted within the first 0.5 mm (0.020”) of wear to be considered. If accepted, they will be replaced at 100% value.

 If a tire becomes unserviceable due to workmanship or material anomalies as determined by the manufacture during the first 50% of tread wear the tire will be replaced to the owner at no charge for the tire.

 After the first 50% of tread wear, if a tire becomes unserviceable due to workmanship or material anomalies, the owner must pay the cost of a comparable new Heidenau tire on a pro-rated value of 50% off the consumer’s current price up to the last 1.2 mm (.050”) of tread. (Dealers will obtain credit from the Seller on the Dealer’s latest buying price, plus shipping). The Customer is responsible for any associated labor charges, including mounting and balancing of the tire. A tire has delivered its original usable tread and is considered 100% worn when any tread wear indicator or (1.2 mm (.050”) tread remaining) become visible regardless of age or mileage.

What is Not Covered by this policy.

  • Tires worn beyond the last 1.2 mm (.050”) of tread depth.
  • Tires which have become unserviceable because of road hazard injuries (e.g., nails, glass, metal objects) or other penetrations or snags, bruises or impact damage.
  • Tires on any motorcycle registered and normally operated outside the USA.
  • Tires which have been retread, re-grooved, or changed in pattern or profile.
  • Tires which have been repaired.
  • Tires, which have been modified by the addition or removal of material, or any tire intentionally altered to change its appearance.
  • Tires fitted to wheels not of the correct bead design, i.e. Tubeless tires fitted to modified tube type rims.
  • Tires injected with liquid balancer or sealant or in which anything other than air or nitrogen has been used as the support medium.
  • Tires removed as a pair when only one tire can be claimed, or is suspect of a claim.
  • Tires with weather cracking which were purchased more than two years prior to presentation for adjustment. (If no proof of purchase date is available, the warranty will be five years from the DOT date.)
  • Tire un-serviceability caused by tire operation in excess of tire/wheel manufacturers’ specifications and recommendations, including spinning.
  • Tires, which are misapplied due to insufficient speed rating, load index or undersized or oversized tires.
  • Tires, which become unserviceable because of a mechanical irregularity such as misalignment, defective brakes, defective suspension components, or improper rims.
  • Tires affected by flat spotting caused by improper transport or storage.
  • Tires damaged by fire, chemical corrosion, vandalism, wrecks, theft, and run while flat, under inflated, over inflated, or abused during servicing.
  • Tires damaged from improper mounting practices.
  • Tire dealer/retailer services (e.g., mounting, dismounting, balancing, and wheel alignment).
  • Tires which develop cracking due to improper storage or shipping.

MotoAmore LLC Product Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Obtain a Return Authorization within 5 days of receiving product by contacting MotoAmore via email or phone, 916-822-4206.

Please provide the following information with your return:

  • Name of product being returned
    • Reason for return
    • Your name
    • Daytime telephone number
    • Email address
    • Proof of purchase

Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. MotoAmore inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet our criteria. For your protection, please insure the package and use a “traceable” shipping method.
